Almost every time I try to sync my iPod app with the web site, the app crashes.

I was able to download 6 of 11 entries at one point before the app would crash, but now, after adding a few more entries to the web site, the app crashes every time I try to sync.

@lacylu42 -

The problem was that single and double quotes can't be used in the items or price information as described here:

http://www.forum.pricebook.aerende.com/topics/1...

Two of your prices had the Brand as <Annie's>. I removed the single quote and your downloads should work fine now.

This has been on my list to fix in the app for a while.

I am now having the same problem lacylu42 had. I entered some new items on the web site and tried to import them to my iPhone. It shuts down at item 3. Have looked for quotes in new items but did not find any

Please note that for issues like these, you will get faster response by sending me email at

support@aerende.com

since I check that email more often then I check the posts on the forum.

1) You have a Starkist Tuna price that has the brand as "Braum's" <- note the single quote. That is causing the import problem. I have fixed it and your imports should work fine now.

Thanks,

Jim
