I note the Cloud Up and the Cloud Down. I entered an item on the website and was successful in pressing the Cloud Down on my Iphone and seeing the item immediately. I had thought that when I pressed the Cloud Up I would be able to see the items on the website that I had entered via my Iphone but the only options there are register device and export data. Am I wrong in assuming there should be a sync method to this?

@Queenofmycastle - Cloud Up - When you enter a new price on your device, as soon as you have Internet access that new price will be automatically uploaded to the website. Please let me know if this isn't working for you. Thanks, Jim |

@lbecht - The problem is that one of your prices had a single quote in it which causes the problem you saw as discussed in the post below: http://www.forum.pricebook.aerende.com/topics/2... I removed the single quote and now your downloads should work fine. Thanks, Jim Last edited: Tue, 19 Jul 2011, 08:23am by admin |

None of the items I entered on my iPhone appear on the website. I have emailed myself repeatedly and nothing is ever uploaded. I do have internet access. I don't want to enter a second time manually on the website. Please help fix this. |

@okiegal - 1) If you entered the items and prices before registering your device with the website, those items and prices won't get automatically uploaded to the website. 2) If you use the email function on the "Up Arrow Page", the items will get emailed to the email address you enter in the text box on that page. The items won't get uploaded to the website using this page. Once you have emailed the items/prices to your email account, you can save the items and prices to a file and them load that file into the website using the "Import CSV File" button. |

"Once you have emailed the items/prices to your email account, you can save the items and prices to a file and them load that file into the website using the "Import CSV File" button." I tried saving them into a Numbers spreadsheet but when prompted to choose file, clicking on the new file doesn't work. I don't know any other way to save to a file. |

@okiegal - Here are two ways to create a CSV file on a Mac that can be input into the website: 1) From Email reader using TextEdit - A) Open TextEdit and select Format->Make Plain Text
2) Using Numbers - A) Go to File->Export and select the CSV Tab

New items entered on my iPhone now appear on the website but without corresponding prices, stores, dates, packaging, etc. Is there something else I should be doing to get all the information to appear? |

@okiegal - Some of your items on the website have prices and some do not. Can you email the CSV file you used to import your prices on the website to me so I can see what the problem might be? email to: Thanks, Jim |
