I have been entering items on the website and attempting to import them to my ipod. I have discovered that characters such as -, &, /, and () make the import process fail and do other undesirable things (e.g., create double entries). I have have worked to remove things that make pricebook cranky, but appear to still have some things that are holding it up. When I delete all items from my ipod and import an empty file things work pretty well, but not perfectly. When I go back and correct errors without deleting everything from my ipod before re-importing it hangs. I can't tell from the item numbers identified where the problem is. I can't keep deleting everything from my ipod every time I need to add items to the file or update prices. Help Please!

Can you tell me how many items you are able to import before it hangs? With that information I can figure out what is causing the problem. Thanks, Jim |
