Is there a best price function?

I shop at store A, B, C and D and purchase the certain items at each of these stores. I shop once a week visiting each store only once a month. Store A carries flour for a cheaper price than stores B, D and C, however, store B carries a specialty item at a lower price, and my lunchmeat is the cheapest at store C. Etc.

Is there a function that I could choose store A and a list would appear that shows the items that this store carries at the best regular non-sale price?

On shopping day I would love to choose the store I will be visiting, see which items that store carries for the best price (non-coupon, non sales) and add those items that I need from that list to my shopping list.

The "Shopping List and Price Book" app has the features you are describing:

1) You can find what items are cheapest at a given store by following this path:
Click on Shopping Cart -> Click on Selected List -> Click on Select by Store ->
Click on Store Items -> Click on Blue button next to a selected store ->
You'll see a list of items that are cheapest at that store

2) You can also create a shopping list and click on the blue Shopping List button
in the middle of the list on the Shopping List page and that will create multiple
lists, one per store, where each list contains the items in your original shopping
list that are cheapest at that store.

Do 1) and 2) do what you are requesting?

I don't have the "shopping list and pricebook" app. I only have the pricebook app.

Is this a separate app? Just bougt this app last week and I'm in the process of entering my items. I don't want to have to pay for another app nor do I want to have to re-enter what I've already put in.

Is there an easy way to transition?

1) Yes, the "Shopping List and Price Book" is a separate app that was released in the app store a few weeks ago. It includes all of the features in the Price Book app along with Shopping List functionality. You can find it at: http://tinyurl.com/aerende-ShoppingListPB

2) All of the item and price information you enter into the website can be downloaded into the "Shopping List and Price Book", so no item/price information will have to be re-entered.

3) There is a video explaining the features of the "Shopping List and Price Book" here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pc_8ycvdAgQ
I still need to update this video with the new features in Version 1.1 of the "Shopping List and Price Book" but I am in the process of adding more requested features into version 1.2, which will be released shortly and then I will update the video.
