In the interest in reducing both keystrokes and mouse actions, I have a few suggested minor changes for on-line data entry.

It would be nice to be able to change the default unit at will.

The lookup function for "Location" is great, since it defaults to the latest one entered. "Date" should do the same, or default to "today" if that isn't possible.

Once the "Location" has been entered, the zip code should automatically be entered. (I'm not sure what the function of the zip code is, but it would not change for any given location)

When editing a price entry, the "Old Quantity" should appear (highlighted) as the entry in the "Quantity" field. In this way, the quantity could be entered without highlighting and changing the field, or could be left the same by tabbing to the next field.

These comments are all regarding the website functionality, correct? Thanks for the ideas! I will add them in the next version of the website.

Yes, I should have made that clear. I prefer to populate the list on the website, and then update it on the iPhone as needed.

Along those lines a download able spreadsheet template would be very helpful for entering information on your desktop quickly and then uploading it. I could sit there and try to figure it out, but then every time you change the program a bit I might not be up to date.
